The 2000X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables operation at high voltages while ensuring safety and measurement accuracy. Thanks to its low input impedance, it minimizes interference with the tested signal. Fully compatible with OIP350 probes, this tip is suitable for signal analysis up to 100MHz, 200MHz, and 350MHz, both in laboratories and in the field. Its compact design facilitates access to hard-to-reach measurement points.
