Description
The 5000X attenuation probe tip is designed to extend the measurement range of Micsig high-frequency probes. It enables safe and accurate operation at high voltages, ensuring both safety and precision. With its low input impedance, it minimizes signal distortion. Fully compatible with OIP800 and OIP1000 probes, this tip is suitable for signal analysis up to 1 GHz, both in laboratory and field environments. Its compact design facilitates access to hard-to-reach measurement points.
