RA4M1-Zero is a compact development board with an RA4M1 microcontroller, integrated USB interface, encryption support, and analog-digital peripherals. Designed for SMT mounting, it is suitable for serial solutions and projects requiring limited space.
A miniature development board based on the Renesas RA4M1 microcontroller with an ARM Cortex-M4 core, clocked at 48 MHz. Equipped with a floating-point unit (FPU), 256 KB Flash memory, 32 KB SRAM, and 8 KB EEPROM. Integrated peripherals include a 14-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, CAN bus controller, and USB 2.0 interface. Thanks to firmware encryption support, secure boot, and tamper protection, the module is suitable for projects requiring an increased level of security. An RGB WS2812 LED controlled from pin D6 enables status indication. Compatibility with Arduino IDE speeds up application development and testing. The board measures 18 × 23.5 mm and features castellated pads, allowing surface-mount installation in serial applications. The RA4M1-Zero version does not include pre-soldered goldpin headers.
