Description

The modular DOSIA listening receiver is a developmental construction, creating a unique opportunity both to learn different signal processing techniques (not only radio), and to construct your own receiving device.

The project was designed so that its individual modules could be used also in other, completely independent receiving constructions.

The so-called project S-meter, or device designed to measure the strength of the received signal. Like most modules in the "Dosia" project, it is addressed not only to people building a transceiver, but also to those modernizing existing devices or implementing their own new constructions. It is worth noting that the AVT-3197 S-subway module described below has been designed to correctly reflect the logarithmic scale of the received signal - unlike in many similar amateur radio solutions.
