Description
Module with UV light sensor VEML6070. The board has large pads dedicated for "crocodile" cables, which facilitate connection to the micro:bit module. The sensor detects electromagnetic radiation with a wavelength from 320 to 410 nm. The system reacts to UV light in a linear manner and has a built-in ACK (active acknowledge) function, thanks to which it can inform about exceeding the assumed intensity threshold. The module is supplied with the voltage from 1.7 V to 3.6 V. On the product page, the manual and sample programs are available.
