ROSA3D PC + PTFE filament for 3D printing with a diameter of 1.75 mm. 0.5 kg of filament is wound on the spool. The recommended printing temperature is in the range of 270°C to 295°C, and the temperature of the bed during printing is in the range of 90°C to 120°C.
Rosa3D is a Polish manufacturer of filaments intended for both hobby and industrial printing. Thanks to many years of experience and modern machinery, the company is able to provide good quality and high accuracy of the diameter and roundness of the filament.
Filament PC+PTFE (polycarbonate + polytetrafluoroethylene) is a technical material, aimed at professionals. It is characterized by high mechanical and temperature resistance. The material is perfect for making parts with good dimensional stability that have to work at high temperatures. Elements printed from this filament can work at temperatures around 120°C. Due to the low values of the static and dynamic friction coefficient, it can be used in the production of sliding elements. Printouts made of PC + PTFE can be machined to obtain a perfectly smooth surface.
The material can be used with both Direct and Bowden printers. The manufacturer recommends the use of a closed chamber and adhesive preparations. Due to the high printing temperatures, it is necessary to install a full-metal heatbreak (without a Teflon tube inside). The filament should be dried before printing at 110°C for at least 3 hours.
Adhesive increasing the adhesion of 3D prints to the glass table. It makes it easier to work with all materials and prevents undesirable curling of the elements. Dimafix Spray 400ml
