Description
USB TO 8CH RS485 is an industrial-grade USB to 8-channel RS485 converter, equipped with galvanic isolation and a housing designed for DIN rail mounting. It enables simultaneous connection of multiple RS485 devices, ensuring stable data transmission even over long distances. It offers support for a wide range of operating systems and protection against surges, ESD, and overcurrent, making it an ideal solution for industrial communication applications.

- Conversion of USB signal to 8 independent RS485 channels
- USB-C power input with optional auxiliary power supply (5–36 V DC) via screw terminal
- Power and signal isolation ensuring safety and noise immunity
- Surge protection 600 W (TVS), ESD 15 kV, self-resetting fuse 200 mA
- RS485 transmission distance up to 1.2 km (at low baud rates)
- Supports up to 32 nodes (use of repeater recommended above 16)
- Baud rate from 1200 bps to 921600 bps
- Built-in 120 Ω termination resistors configurable via jumpers
- LED indicators: power, status, data TX and RX
- Housing suitable for DIN rail mounting and stackable design
