Rogowski-type current probe for precise measurements of alternating currents with a frequency of up to 30 MHz. Thanks to the flexible coil of 1.6 mm thickness and almost zero impedance introduced, it is ideal for work in hard-to-reach places of power systems. The integrated amplifier and BNC interface enable accurate measurements and easy integration with oscilloscopes, making it an ideal tool for R&D laboratories and power electronics services. Micsig RCP120XS
Micsig RCP is a Rogowski-type current probe designed for precise measurement of AC currents while maintaining a wide bandwidth up to 30 MHz. Thanks to its flexible, thin coil with a cross-section of only 1.6 mm, the device is perfect for hard-to-reach areas in electronic circuits, such as the leads of TO-220 transistors or other power semiconductors. The probe introduces almost zero input impedance, minimizing impact on the Device Under Test (DUT). An integrated amplifier powered by 12 V DC enables accurate measurement of highly dynamic, high-frequency signals.

The BNC interface allows for easy connection to any oscilloscope. The device offers a typical accuracy of 2% and excellent resistance to interference and high voltages up to 1 kVrms. The RCP probe is widely used in power electronics research—from switching current measurements in MOSFET and IGBT transistors to power quality analysis in inverters, UPS units, and SMPS systems. Its compact design and customizable coil parameters make it an invaluable tool for R&D labs and diagnostic departments.
