The miniature Wio-E5 wireless module based on the STM32WLE5JC integrates an ultra-low-power ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller with the LoRa SX126x transceiver. It supports a wide frequency range (including EU868, US915, AU915, AS923, KR920, IN865) and LoRaWAN® Class A/B/C protocols. Integrated AT firmware enables fast integration in IoT applications such as sensor nodes, remote metering, environmental monitoring, and smart city systems. With UART, I2C, ADC, and SPI interfaces, the module offers high design flexibility. Supplied in tape (cut tape or reel), ideal for mass production.
