MRF24J40MB-I/RM is a high-performance 2.4 GHz transceiver module for ZigBee and MiWi applications, offering high transmit power and a range of up to 1200 m. The MRF24J40MB-I/RM is a 2.4 GHz radio module compliant with IEEE 802.15.4, designed for long-distance data transmission in wireless networks. The integrated PCB antenna and matching circuit allow direct use of the module in systems requiring ZigBee, MiWi, or MiWi P2P connectivity. The module features a 4-wire SPI interface, a power amplifier with +20 dBm transmit power, and a low-noise amplifier (LNA), providing a range of up to 1200 m and high receiver sensitivity (-102 dBm). The device meets FCC, IC, and ETSI radio standards, enabling use in end products without additional RF certification. It supports 128-bit AES encryption and operates over a wide industrial temperature range.
