The board is equipped with the RP2040 microcontroller designed by the Raspberry Pi foundation. The system has two ARM Cortex M0 + cores operating at a frequency of 133 MHz and 264 KB of RAM. The microcontroller is not equipped with flash memory, but on the board there is an external memory with a capacity of 2 MB connected via the QSPI interface.
In addition to the RP2040 system and Flash memory, the user has at his disposal a 3.3 V voltage stabilizer, Boot buttons, a microUSB connector for powering and programming the module and GPIO outputs, on which such parameters as 12-bit ADC inputs, PWM, I2C interface are derived , SPI and UART.

The module is equipped with the W5100S chip, which communicates via the SPI interface, has a built-in TCP/IP stack and supports such protocols as TCP, UDP, IPv4, ICMP, ARP, IGMP and PPPoE. The module supports the Wake on LAN over UDP function. It provides a stable connection with the Internet and works well as an element of e.g. IoT devices.
W5100S-EVB-Pico has the same conclusions as the Raspberry Pi Pico board. However, GPIO16, GPIO17, GPIO18, GPIO19, GPIO20, GPIO21 are connected to the W5100S.
The platform supports the popular MicroPython and C/C++ programming languages. Programs can be uploaded to memory via USB interface or via SWD connector.
