The book is a practical 3D graphics programming manual using the OpenGL library version 2.1. A proper mathematical knowledge is necessary for the efficient use of the graphic library. Therefore, mathematics is present in the book, but to a degree limited to the necessary formulas and equations. The described issues are illustrated with examples of programs in C ++ - for this reason, the ability to program in this language is necessary to fully use the information contained in the book.
The book is addressed to students of IT faculties at universities and to all programmers dealing with computer graphics. Due to the complete description of the library and included sample programs, the book can be useful for programmers who make their first steps in the field of computer graphics, as well as advanced programmers using the OpenGL library in their professional work.
