The camera enables easy acquisition of RGB-D data via a USB cable and, when combined with a web interface, enables viewing of depth maps, point cloud data, and rendering of colored 3D objects in real time. The camera under Linux works immediately, without the need to install additional drivers. It supports both ROS1 and ROS2, offering open integration packages and sample codes. Additionally, the manufacturer provides an SDK in Python, which enables the development of applications such as 3D facial recognition, grasping the robot's moving arm and creating a map using the SLAM method using the acquired data.

RGB-D 3D ToF sensor camera is a type of camera that combines RGB (red, green, blue) and depth sensors. It is capable of providing both RGB and depth images.
