Description
The PCIe to Ethernet adapter for Raspberry Pi 5 is a versatile solution that adds an additional Gigabit Ethernet port to the Raspberry Pi 5. It is equipped with a high-performance RTL8111H controller, providing stable network connectivity and fast data transfer, supporting standards of 10/100/1000 Mbps. With support for Raspberry Pi OS and Plug and Play functionality, it requires no additional driver installation, simplifying the setup process.
The adapter connects to the Raspberry Pi 5 via a 16-pin PCIe cable and is powered through the same connection. Its design is space-efficient—side mounting allows for effective use of space above the Raspberry Pi 5. An LED indicator shows the connection status: green blinks during 1000M network operation, while yellow blinks during 100M network operation. Additionally, the adapter comes with a transparent acrylic mounting plate that facilitates installation and provides an aesthetic appearance.
