Description
PCIe to 4-Ch Gigabit ETH Board (B) is designed to expand Raspberry Pi 5 with four independent Ethernet network ports. The connection is established via the 16-pin PCIe interface of Raspberry Pi 5, enabling stable and parallel data transmission without loading the USB bus.
The module operates in plug and play mode and does not require the installation of additional drivers under Raspberry Pi OS. The integrated RTL8153 Ethernet controller and VL805 expansion chip provide support for 10/100/1000 Mb/s standards on each RJ45 port. By default, the module is powered directly through the PCIe cable.
This solution is suitable for building software routers, firewalls, home servers, NAS systems, edge devices, and test environments where multi-port Ethernet connectivity in a compact form factor is required.
