Description
Waveshare 33215 is a 2.9" e-Paper (E-ink) display designed for applications that require continuous content visibility with minimal power consumption. The electrophoretic technology enables image display without backlight, using only ambient light, and the displayed content remains visible even after power is removed.
A resolution of 296 x 128 px and support for four colors: red, yellow, black, and white allow the presentation of text, icons, and simple informational graphics. A viewing angle greater than 170° ensures good readability regardless of the viewing position.
The version with a driver board is equipped with an SPI interface and an onboard voltage level translator, enabling direct connection to microcontrollers and single-board computers operating at 3.3 V or 5 V. The module is suitable for price tags, shelf labels, identification tags, warehouse labels, and battery-powered devices.
