The Pro Micro ESP32-C3 is a small but powerful development board that uses the ESP32-C3 chip based on the RISC-V architecture. It has built-in 400 KB of SRAM and 4 MB of Flash memory and a clock frequency of 160 MHz. Pro Micro offers the simplicity of the Qwiic connector, which allows you to connect any sensor communicating via the I2C bus and add environmental data reading or motion detection to your projects. Thanks to built-in WiFi and Bluetooth 5 (LE) wireless communication, the module can be used in a variety of scenarios.
The module has 22 programmable inputs/outputs, accessible via useful edge connectors. It will work well in projects intended to control LEDs and servomechanisms, as well as create complex sensor networks. With support for various protocols such as ADC, SPI, UART and I2C, its capabilities are very wide. ESP32-C3 harnesses the power of Espressif's open-source ESP-IDF, a robust ecosystem full of libraries, tools, and a supportive community. Plus, you can use the familiar Arduino IDE.
