Description
The development board included in the ESP32-P4-POE-ETH-KIT-A has been designed for applications requiring high computing performance, multimedia processing, and stable network communication. The core of the kit is the ESP32-P4 microcontroller with a dual-core 32-bit RISC-V architecture, offering advanced capabilities for image, audio, and data processing.
The board is equipped with a 100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing simultaneous data transmission and power supply via a single Ethernet cable. Alternatively, the board can be powered via the USB Type-C port, which is also used for programming.
The set of interfaces includes MIPI-CSI for connecting cameras (including the supplied Raspberry Pi Camera B), MIPI-DSI for display support, USB OTG 2.0 High Speed, a TF (microSD) card slot, as well as microphone input and speaker output. As a result, the board is well suited for HMI projects, edge AI systems, image and speech recognition, and industrial automation.
The KIT-A version does not include a touch display but provides full support for AI voice interaction thanks to the included speaker and onboard microphone.
