Description

ESP32-S3-Touch-LCD-1.28 is an inexpensive and efficient board with the ESP32 module equipped with a 1.28-inch touch screen. It is based on the ESP32-S3R2 chip, which is an SoC with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 communication. The SoC has hardware encryption accelerators, RNG, HMAC and digital signing modules to meet the security requirements of the Internet of Things (IoT). Its various low power consumption modes are suitable for power requirements of IoT, mobile devices, wearable electronics, smart home applications and other applications.

The ESP32-S3 module is designed with performance in mind and is equipped with a dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX7 processor clocked at up to 240 MHz. The built-in SRAM with a capacity of 512 KB and ROM with a capacity of 384 KB is supported by an additional 2 MB PSRAM and external Flash memory with a capacity of 16 MB. The USB Type-C port allows for easy updates and maintenance.

The board has a 1.28-inch screen with a capacitive touch panel. It has a resolution of 240x240 pixels and can display content in the RGB 65K gamut. The built-in 6-axis QMI8658 IMU sensor (3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope) is used to detect motion gestures. The board supports charging 3.7 V lithium batteries and has 6 GPIO pins via the SH1.0 connector. It integrates a full-speed USB port, and GPIO connectors allow for flexible pin function configuration, making it easy to adapt the system to various projects.
