Equipped with microphones, audio output, RGB lighting and interfaces for displays and cameras, it provides a comprehensive platform for creating modern devices with voice interaction.
Description
ESP32-S3-AUDIO-Board is a development board for voice and multimedia applications, based on the ESP32-S3R8 chip with a dual-core LX7 processor running at up to 240 MHz. It supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 LE wireless communication, features 8 MB PSRAM, 16 MB Flash memory, as well as 512 KB SRAM and 384 KB ROM.
The device is equipped with a dual MEMS microphone with noise reduction and echo cancellation, a speaker output and programmable RGB lighting with 7 LEDs around the housing. The board also includes interfaces for connecting external SPI (LCD) displays and DVP cameras (e.g. OV2640, OV5640). Thanks to support for offline models and AI platforms, it is possible to create smart speakers, voice interaction systems, HMI and IoT devices with speech processing functions.
The board supports power management with charging of a 3.7 V lithium battery (MX1.25) and low power modes. Additionally, it is equipped with a microSD card slot, PCF85063 RTC clock with power backup, as well as an audio amplifier and ES7210/ES8311 codecs.
