USR-M100-HMGL is an edge gateway with LTE and Ethernet communication, serial ports, and I/O inputs/outputs, designed for automation, monitoring, and remote industrial applications. Thanks to support for industrial protocols and IoT platforms, it enables full integration of local devices with cloud systems.
USR-M100-HMGL is an industrial communication gateway that enables the integration of input/output (I/O) signals, serial transmission, and industrial protocol data with cloud platforms. Equipped with an LTE Cat4 interface and a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port, it provides connectivity to both local and remote systems. It supports edge computing, enabling local data analysis and filtering before transmission, which reduces latency and offloads central servers.
The gateway features two digital inputs (DI), two analog inputs (AI), two relay outputs (DO), and two serial ports (RS232/RS485). It can operate using MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, JSON, and WebSocket protocols. Its compact and robust design with DIN rail mounting allows deployment in industrial environments with high thermal and electrical requirements.
