Description
Satellite positioning module for FPV drones and RC models uses the M10050 GNSS chip and a ceramic antenna to receive GPS, BDS, and Galileo signals. It also supports SBAS and QZSS and provides 72 search channels. The manufacturer specifies 1.5 m horizontal 2D positioning accuracy in open-sky conditions and speed accuracy of 0.05 m/s. The output rate can be configured from 1 Hz to 10 Hz, with 10 Hz as the default setting.
The module supports NMEA and UBLOX protocols with a baud rate of 115200 Bd. A 3.3 V to 5 V supply range, PCB solder pads, and a 6-pin SH1.0 connector provide connection options for integration with flight-controller electronics. Dimensions of 25 × 25 × 8.2 mm and a weight of 12 g allow installation in various RC platforms, while compatibility with Betaflight, INAV, and ArduPilot supports use with popular flight-controller firmware. The M10-252 version does not include a compass.
