Crowtail-Moisture Sensor 2.0 is an analog soil-moisture sensor designed for monitoring plant hydration in home and automated garden systems. The module operates by measuring the resistance between two metal electrodes, which conduct current depending on the soil’s water content — the wetter the soil, the lower the resistance. Compared to standard solutions, this model features longer probes, enabling more effective measurement in deeper soil layers. The sensor operates with a voltage of 3.3–5 V and generates an analog signal proportional to the moisture level.
