Description

Wio Tracker L1 E-ink is a low-power Meshtastic communication node designed for applications such as asset tracking, digital signage, and field-deployed IoT projects. The device uses LoRa technology (862–930 MHz), enabling long-range, low-power wireless communication. At its core is the Nordic nRF52840 microcontroller, delivering high performance with minimal energy consumption. The module comes with preinstalled Meshtastic firmware, making it ready to use right out of the box. An integrated L76K GPS module supporting GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, and QZSS ensures accurate real-time positioning.

The E-ink version supports a detachable 2.13" ePaper display, optimized for ultra-low power consumption and continuous information display. Wio Tracker L1 E-ink offers three power supply options: USB-C, a solar panel, or a 3.7 V Li-ion battery, making it ideal for mobile and outdoor installations. The device is fully compatible with the Grove ecosystem and also provides PTH headers and an SWD interface for hardware expansion and advanced debugging. By combining LoRa, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and e-ink, Wio Tracker L1 E-ink is well suited for mesh networks, smart city projects, localization systems, and applications requiring long battery life. It is a robust and scalable platform for professionals and IoT enthusiasts who need a reliable solution for operation in demanding environments.
