Microcontroller board controlled by ATmega32U4 with Arduino bootloader. Due to its dimensions and holes, it will be excellent for electronic components sewn into clothing. It has a built-in JST connector with charging circuit and on/off switch and is programmable via micro USB. SparkFun DEV-14631
The LilyPad USB Plus is a microcontroller board controlled by an ATmega32U4 with an Arduino bootloader. Due to its size and holes, it will be great for electronic components sewn into clothing. It has a built-in JST connector with charging circuit and on/off switch and is programmable via a micro USB connector. The board also features an RGB LED in the centre of the board along with six white LEDs that act as a kind of bar graph. The module has fourteen pads for connecting components using conductive thread. Four are reserved for the LilyPad sensor power supply and accessory boards, and ten are input/output (I/O). Markings in the form of a label with the name and pin number make it easy to determine to which pin the ATmega32U4 nothing is connected. Full documentation is available on the product page.
