The RP-C7.6-LT Thin Film Pressure Sensor is a round, flexible, pressure sensor that can be used to realize very sensitive force detection. The sensor is durable and designed to detect static and dynamic pressure at high reaction speed. It was made of thin foil (0.3 mm) with excellent mechanical properties, excellent conductive materials and layers sensitive to nanometric pressure. On the upper layer of the sensor there is a thin layer and a pressure-sensitive layer, and on the lower layer a thin layer and a conductive circuit. These two layers are glued together with double-sided tape.
The sensor's operation is based on recording the intensity and frequency of the force. As a result, it is widely used in all types of applications, such as pressure switch, monitoring system or medical device system.
