The Micsig High Voltage Differential Probe is a probe for measuring the voltage difference between two test points, not related to ground potential. The device allows you to observe waveforms without grounding, variables and single measurements. The probe has good measurement parameters: with a 100 MHz band and an operating voltage up to 750 V. The probe has two attenuation factors: 50X and 500X set by the user. It is equipped with a UPI interface. It can also be powered via the USB port.
The device is compatible with all oscilloscopes.
