Description

EVLSERVO1 is an advanced reference servo drive from STMicroelectronics, designed for controlling low-voltage, high-current brushless BLDC motors in industrial and automation applications. The design is based on the integrated STSPIN32G4 system-in-package, which combines a three-phase power driver, an STM32G431 microcontroller, and internal power management in a single compact solution.

The stacked architecture of the control board and power board enables very high power density in a small form factor. EVLSERVO1 can drive BLDC motors up to 2 kW with passive cooling or up to 3 kW with active cooling, while providing comprehensive protection features, precise current sensing, and support for advanced motor control algorithms.

Thanks to support for encoders, Hall sensors, sensorless operation, and CAN communication, the board is well suited as a development and demonstration platform for drive systems, servo drives, robotics, and motion control applications.
