LiDAR laser distance sensor that can scan the environment in two or three dimensions. Offers a range of up to 8 m for 2D measurements and 2 m for 3D measurements. There is no built-in motor, so the sensor can only detect obstacles in front of it, but the wide viewing angle (120° horizontally) and measurement frequency up to 15 Hz ensure the ability to efficiently create a map of the environment. The module communicates via the UART interface and can be connected to a computer thanks to the included USB adapter. Small dimensions allow the sensor to be used in various types of projects - both stationary devices and mobile robots. Full documentation and drivers are available on the product page.
