Ammonia sensor module that uses microelectromechanical system (MEMS) technology, thanks to which the sensor has a compact size, low power consumption, short acquisition time and fast response. It can qualitatively measure concentrations in the range of 1 to 300 ppm and is suitable for generating leak alarms, e.g. in portable gas detectors. The sensor has an analog output and is supplied with a voltage of 3.3 V to 5 V. Full documentation and sample programs are available on the product page.
