Gravity: Formaldehyde (HCHO) Sensor is a module for measuring the concentration of formaldehyde (methane) in the air. It can be supplied with voltage in the range of 3.3 ... 6 V. The concentration value can be read from the analog input or via the UART interface. The module is characterized by high stability, high sensitivity (up to 0.01 ppm) and long life (2 years in the air). It also has an automatic temperature compensation system for measurement. It can be used in many applications for air testing, such as indoor air quality and real-time quality monitoring stations.
The module is compatible with Arduino and Raspberry Pi . It has a Gravity connector.
Attention!
Due to the high sensitivity of the module, do not touch the white film of the sensor and expose the module to the influence of high concentrations of such gases as hydrogen sulphide, hydrogen, methanol, ethanol, carbon monoxide. These gases will affect precision and shorten life.
