Gravity: UART Infrared CO2 Sensor is a high precision CO2 sensor with a UART communication interface. It measures the CO2 content in the range 0 ... 50000 ppm ( parts per million - 1 part per million ) . It can be supplied with voltage in the range of 4.5 ... 5.5 V. The output data is returned via the serial UART interface available in each standard microcontroller.
Attention!
This sensor is based on infrared (NDIR) technology and is characterized by good selectivity and independence from oxygen levels. In addition, its lifespan can be up to 5 years. The sensor combines the infrared absorption gas detection technology with the precision construction of optical circuits. It has such features as high sensitivity, high resolution, low energy consumption, fast response, interference of water vapor, no poisoning, high stability and long life.
This product can be widely used in HVAC systems, monitoring indoor air quality, monitoring industrial processes and safety, monitoring the production process in agriculture and animal husbandry.
The sensor is also available in the version with Gravity analogue interface : Analog Infrared CO2 Sensor with a measuring range of 0 ... 5000 ppm.
