Description

Industrial network gateway designed to provide high-speed cellular connectivity in automation, IIoT systems, telemetry, monitoring and distributed network installations. Teltonika TRB501 supports 5G Sub-6 GHz SA/NSA with download speeds up to 2.4 Gbps in SA mode and 3.4 Gbps in NSA mode, with upload speeds up to 900 Mbps and 550 Mbps respectively, using 4x4 MIMO for downlink and 2x2 MIMO for uplink. Backward compatibility with 4G LTE includes LTE Cat 19 up to 1.6 Gbps download and LTE Cat 18 up to 200 Mbps upload, while 3G provides up to 42/5.76 Mbps. The 10/100/1000/2500 Mbps Ethernet port allows wired devices to utilise high cellular throughput, while a virtual network interface via microUSB provides an additional communication path. The gateway supports Modbus TCP, OPC UA, BACnet/IP, DNP3, DLMS/COSEM, MQTT and Data to Server.

A Qualcomm ARM Cortex-A7 1.5 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash memory provide resources for routing, firewall, VLAN, QoS, Failover, Load Balancing and extensive VPN functionality. Two configurable digital I/O channels can operate as inputs or Open Collector outputs for monitoring signals and controlling external equipment. OpenWrt-based RutOS provides management through WebUI, SSH, SNMP, FOTA and Teltonika RMS, together with integration with IoT platforms. 9-30 VDC power input or passive PoE through the Ethernet port, an anodised aluminium housing, IP30 protection rating and operating temperature from -40°C to 75°C support deployment in industrial systems, POS installations, security systems, telemetry, smart grid and IIoT applications requiring high-speed 5G connectivity.
