The RIGOL PLA3204 logic probe enables direct connection of digital signals from the device under test (DUT) to RIGOL MHO5000 and DHO5000 series digital oscilloscopes via a USB Type-C connector. The probe transforms the oscilloscope into a logic analyzer, providing four data channels and eight ground channels. The included test leads allow flexible connection to the signal under test and reference points.
The probe's high input impedance and low capacitance enable precise sampling of digital signals without significantly affecting the DUT. The minimum detectable pulse width of 5 ns allows for the analysis of fast signals. The probe allows for adjustable switching thresholds within a range of ±15 V, ensuring compatibility with various logic standards.
The kit includes four signal leads and two ground leads, as well as a set of test clips for easy connection to various PCB connectors. Integrated LEDs on the probe indicate channel activity and simplify setup.
