Finger Vein Scanner Module (B) is a thin, energy-efficient biometric module with finger vein detection based on a Cortex-M4F microcontroller, designed for precise user identification in security applications. NIR technology enables effective recognition regardless of the skin surface condition, making the module a reliable alternative to traditional fingerprint readers. Thanks to its compact dimensions and a rich set of accessories, it facilitates integration with smart locks, door handles, access control systems, and compact IoT terminals.
Thin finger vein recognition module equipped with a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F microcontroller clocked up to 192 MHz, supporting floating-point operations and a DSP instruction set. Designed for integration with end devices, it uses near-infrared (NIR) imaging technology to precisely detect the vein pattern inside the finger. It is characterized by low power consumption, high accuracy, and resistance to epidermal damage and contamination.
The module offers compatibility with industrial fingerprint recognition protocols and enables communication via a UART interface (3.3 V TTL) and a plug-and-play USB port without the need for driver installation. The compact design (8.29 mm thick) with a separately mounted NIR light source and enclosed IP56-rated housing facilitates installation in security systems, electronic locks, door handles, and smart cabinets. Supports 1:1 and 1:N identification modes, with up to 100 stored user templates.
