Raspberry Pi 4 Model B with 2GB LPDDR4 memory and a quad-core Broadcom BCM2711 Cortex-A72 processor running at up to 1.8GHz. The new Dual RAM revision uses a modified PCB with space for a second RAM chip on the underside of the board, while maintaining 2GB of total RAM capacity and electrical compatibility with the previous revision. The computer also provides Dual Band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 BLE, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, two microHDMI connectors and a 40-pin GPIO header. Raspberry Pi SC0193(13)
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 2GB Dual RAM uses a Broadcom BCM2711 SoC with four 64-bit ARM Cortex-A72 cores and 2GB of LPDDR4-3200 SDRAM. The processor operates at up to 1.8GHz, providing a platform suitable for embedded systems, automation, programming education, home servers, device control, data processing and projects using the GPIO interface.
The Raspberry Pi 4 architecture allows the computer to operate both as a standalone platform with an operating system booted from a microSD card and as part of a larger electronic device. The standard 40-pin GPIO header provides access to digital input/output lines and interfaces used for communication with sensors, controllers, converters and other electronic modules.

Kamami is the official distributor of Raspberry Pi minicomputers and dedicated accessories.
The Dual RAM designation refers to a revised memory layout rather than an increase in memory capacity. Raspberry Pi introduced a PCB revision in 2026 that allows a second LPDDR4 memory chip to be fitted on the underside of the board. According to the manufacturer, the change increases DRAM supply-chain flexibility and improves manufacturing flexibility. The SC0193 variant continues to provide 2GB of total system memory.

In addition to space for an LPDDR4 chip on the underside of the PCB, the position of several small passive components has also been changed. Raspberry Pi specifies that there are no electrical changes and that the alternative components have been qualified to match the specifications and performance of the previous design.
The Dual RAM revision requires sufficiently recent boot firmware. According to PCN 45, support for the new revision was introduced in the bootloader released on 9 January 2026.
When using an up-to-date Raspberry Pi OS environment, the requirement does not affect normal everyday operation, but it should be considered when preparing older system images or custom boot environments.
The dual-band wireless module supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi based on IEEE 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0 with Bluetooth Low Energy. Wired networking is provided by Gigabit Ethernet. The available connectivity supports applications including IoT devices, monitoring and automation systems, local servers and systems requiring wired or wireless network communication.

Four USB ports include 2 x USB 3.0 and 2 x USB 2.0. They can be used with storage devices, keyboards, mice, communication adapters and measurement equipment. Compared with Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, which provides four USB 2.0 ports, Raspberry Pi 4 supports peripherals using the faster USB 3.0 interface, particularly useful with external drives and high-speed storage devices.
Gigabit Ethernet operates independently of the USB bus, whereas the Ethernet interface on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ used USB 2.0 and was limited to approximately 300Mb/s.
Two microHDMI connectors support multi-monitor configurations and video output at resolutions up to 4K. An official Raspberry Pi microHDMI to HDMI cable (white) is also available. The VideoCore VI GPU supports hardware H.265 decoding up to 4Kp60 and H.264 decoding up to 1080p60, as well as OpenGL ES 3.1 and Vulkan 1.0.
Compared with Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, Raspberry Pi 4 supports the simultaneous connection of two monitors, extending its capabilities for workstation configurations and data presentation systems.

MIPI CSI and MIPI DSI connectors allow compatible cameras and displays to be connected directly using flat FFC cables.
The CSI interface can be used in machine vision systems, monitoring, image recording and projects involving image analysis. DSI provides an interface for compatible displays, allowing the development of operator panels and devices with a local user interface.
Dedicated MIPI interfaces allow a camera and display to be connected without occupying USB ports, leaving them available for storage and other peripheral devices.
The 40-pin GPIO header follows the standard used across the Raspberry Pi family and enables direct connection to electronic circuits. Available interfaces support communication with measurement modules, sensors, motor controllers, converters and I/O expanders.
The GPIO header allows Raspberry Pi 4 to operate as a host computer in prototypes and finished devices, providing control of external components and data exchange with external electronics.

Power is supplied through a USB Type-C port, with a recommended supply voltage of 5V and current capacity of at least 3A. Dedicated Raspberry Pi 4 power supplies are available from our store in black and white. The computer can also be powered directly through the appropriate GPIO pins (5V) or via Ethernet when used with a compatible PoE HAT.
An official white and raspberry colour Raspberry Pi 4 Model B case is also available, designed to match the board dimensions and connector layout.
