Makerbase VESC 75100 V2 is an advanced speed controller based on the open VESC standard, designed for electric skateboards, scooters, and e-bikes. The device operates within a wide voltage range of 14 V to 84 V (4S–20S) and can deliver continuous current up to 100 A, with peak current reaching 120 A, ensuring sufficient power for both recreational and heavy-duty vehicles. Thanks to high-quality components, including the ARM Cortex-M4 STM32F405RG processor and HYG015N10NS1TA MOSFETs, the controller guarantees stable and reliable performance in all conditions.

The controller supports 3-phase BLDC motors and multiple control modes: duty cycle, speed, and current, giving the user full flexibility in adjusting settings to their needs. It works in both sensored and sensorless modes, supporting ABI encoders, HALL sensors, and AS5047. In addition, it offers a wide range of communication interfaces, including PPM, UART, I2C, USB, and CAN bus, enabling seamless integration with different control systems.
The built-in USB Type-C port allows quick connection to a computer and configuration via VESC Tool. With the UART interface and compatibility with Bluetooth modules, real-time monitoring and parameter adjustments can also be performed from an Android smartphone. The device also provides advanced protection strategies such as soft current limiting and gradual speed reduction upon reaching thresholds, increasing operational safety. Thanks to its compact dimensions and aluminum PCB design, the controller is lightweight, thermally efficient, and easy to mount. It is an ideal solution for electric vehicle enthusiasts who expect high performance, reliability, and extensive configuration options in a compact form factor.
