A module for measuring high temperatures dedicated to a probe with a K-type thermocouple. It enables measurement in a wide range from -200°C to 700°C with a measurement error of 2°C. The principle of operation is based on the thermoelectric effect: the probe generates a small voltage proportional to the temperature, which is processed by the module with the MAX31855K chip. The temperature is read via the SPI interface. Full documentation with examples is available on the product page.
