A module for measuring high temperatures dedicated to a probe with a K-type thermocouple. It enables measurement in a wide range from -200°C to 700°C with a measurement error of 2°C. The principle of operation is based on the thermoelectric effect: the probe generates a small voltage proportional to the temperature, which is processed by the module with the MAX31855K chip.
