EncroPi is a USB RTC module based on the Raspberry Pi RP2040 microcontroller. It combines not only a real-time clock and a microcontroller with two ARM Cortex-M0+ cores, but also a MicroSD card slot for storing data and other items, an LCD display that can be customized for various applications, and a CR1220-type battery holder to keep the RTC powered. EncroPi may be a good option for those who want to learn more about data logging, creating their own encryption methods and other related topics.
The module is shaped like a USB dongle and plugs directly into a USB socket on a computer. It comes with a case that not only gives the product a nice look, but also protects it from mechanical damage.
