Development board based on the RP2350B microcontroller with a 4-inch IPS display (480 × 480 px) and a 5-point capacitive touch panel, featuring CAN, RS485, I2C interfaces, RTC, a 6-axis IMU, and a TF card slot. Designed for modern HMI interfaces and multi-touch control systems. Waveshare RP2350-Touch-LCD-4
The Waveshare RP2350-Touch-LCD-4 is a high-performance, highly integrated development board designed for building devices with graphical user interfaces and touch interaction. It is based on the RP2350B microcontroller designed by Raspberry Pi, featuring a unique dual-core, dual-architecture design that allows selection between ARM Cortex-M33 cores or Hazard3 RISC-V cores. The MCU operates at up to 150 MHz and includes 520 kB of SRAM and 16 MB of Flash memory, with the option to expand memory using external PSRAM via dedicated solder pads.

The board integrates a 4-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480 × 480 px, supporting 65K colors and wide viewing angles of up to 160°. The RP2350-Touch-LCD-4 version adds a capacitive touch panel supporting up to 5 touch points, connected via I2C with interrupt support, enabling smooth and intuitive HMI operation.

A rich set of onboard peripherals is provided, including a 6-axis IMU, RTC, TF (microSD) card slot, buzzer, and communication interfaces CAN, RS485, and I2C. The board supports power from a 3.7 V Li-Ion battery with charging capability, as well as an external 7–36 V DC power input. Programming is performed via USB Type-C using drag-and-drop mass storage, with support for C/C++, MicroPython, and Arduino IDE.
Thanks to bottom or rear wiring options, the board is easy to integrate into industrial enclosures, embedded systems, and DIN-rail installations.
