Description
The Waveshare 32695 stereo camera module is designed for vision systems requiring simultaneous, synchronized image capture from two channels. The use of dual AR0144 sensors with 2MP resolution and global shutter enables accurate acquisition of dynamic scenes without rolling shutter artifacts, which is essential for measurement applications, robotics, and 3D vision systems.
The module provides frame-synchronized stereo output with a 52mm baseline, facilitating depth computation and spatial image analysis. The cameras are equipped with low-distortion lenses with distortion below 0.2%, a fixed focal length of 2.88 mm, and an aperture of F2.2. Communication is handled via a USB 2.0 Type-C interface, and the device operates in Plug and Play mode without the need for driver installation, supporting MJPG and YUY2 image formats.
