A versatile board for two SPDT "sugar cube" relays, allowing for easy control using 2.5-20V logic signals. Built-in BSS138K MOSFETs and LEDs indicating channel activation make the module ideal for use with Arduino and Raspberry Pi. The board supports 5V or 12V relays, and JST SH connectors and 5mm terminal holes ensure convenient connection. Pololu 5667
Basic 2-Channel SPDT Relay Carrier is a compact board designed for easy integration of two SPDT (“sugar cube”) relays into electronic projects. The module features built-in MOSFET transistors that allow the relays to be controlled using low-current digital signals, making it an ideal choice for Arduino and Raspberry Pi applications. Additionally, the board includes LED indicators that show the activation status of each channel, simplifying diagnostics and system monitoring.

The board provides access to four control pins via a 4-pin JST SH connector, compatible with Pololu, SparkFun Qwiic, and Adafruit STEMMA QT cables (note: the interface is not I²C-compatible). Relay contact connections (NO, NC, COM) are available through holes for 5 mm screw terminals or standard 0.2″ pin spacing, allowing flexible integration with various actuator circuits. Thanks to the Zener protection diode and precisely designed PCB layout, the module ensures fast relay coil current decay and safe galvanic isolation.
The board can be powered with 5 V or 12 V, depending on the installed relays, while the control signals support logic levels from 2.5 V to 20 V. The module’s design includes four mounting holes compatible with M3 or #4 screws, allowing easy installation in enclosures or panels. There is also the option to install a DC barrel jack connector, which can be positioned in several configurations.
