ESP32-C6-Touch-AMOLED-1.64-M serves as a compact development board designed for IoT applications, portable devices, and graphical user interface systems. The design is based on the ESP32-C6 microcontroller featuring a 32-bit RISC-V processor clocked up to 160 MHz, along with an additional low-power core up to 20 MHz, enabling efficient performance and reduced power consumption. The board integrates 16 MB Flash memory and SRAM resources suitable for advanced embedded applications.
The onboard 1.64" AMOLED display with a resolution of 280 × 456 px supports 16.7 million colors, providing high contrast and wide viewing angles. The display is driven by the CO5300 controller via QSPI interface, while touch input is handled by the FT6146 controller using I2C communication. These parameters enable smooth and responsive graphical interfaces, including applications based on frameworks such as LVGL.
The board supports wireless communication including Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5 (BLE, Mesh), and IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee 3.0 / Thread), allowing integration with modern IoT and automation systems. Additional onboard components include a QMI8658 6-axis IMU (accelerometer and gyroscope), a TF card slot for external storage, and a 3.7 V Li-Ion battery connector with charging support.

A USB Type-C interface provides power supply, programming, and debugging capabilities. Available I2C, UART, and GPIO pins allow expansion with external peripherals. The design also enables switching to an external antenna. The version with pre-soldered pin headers allows direct use with breadboards and accelerates prototyping.
