Description
EM500 is a standalone miniature Ethernet module programmable in TIBBO BASIC language designed for use with a standard RJ45 socket - together they take only 28.5x18,5mm.

- Control lines for dual-purpose external LEDs
- Serial port with transmission speed up to 460800bps
- Additional control line for the LED diode indicating the connection status with Ethernet
- Power: 260mA @ 3.3V (100BaseT mode)
- Construction of the "vertical patch"; dimensions: 18.5x16.0x6.5mm
- The firmware can be updated via the serial port or the network
- Cooperation with a standard RJ45 socket
