Nitrogen dioxide sensor module that uses electromechanical microsystem (MEMS) technology, thanks to which the sensor has a compact size, low power consumption, short acquisition time and fast response. It can measure concentrations from 0.1 to 10 ppm and is suitable for leak alarms, for example in portable gas detectors.
