This SPST solid-state relay module allows for safe switching of DC circuits up to 60 V and 7 A, offering galvanic isolation and low conduction resistance (approx. 30 mΩ) thanks to the use of back-to-back MOSFET transistors. It features fast switching time (up to 1 ms), low control current consumption (approx. 10 mA), and the ability to control a signal from 2.7 to 40 V. Its compact design, lack of mechanical components, and the ability to mount on 2.54 mm connectors or screw terminals make the module a durable and quiet solution for systems requiring reliable isolation and long service life. The solid-state relay (SSR) module, SPST type, is a modern solution designed for switching DC circuits on and off based on a control signal in the range of 2.7 to 40 V. Thanks to galvanic isolation between the control circuit and the output, it is safe and resistant to interference. Switching is handled by two back-to-back MOSFET transistors, providing bidirectional current flow and symmetrical output, allowing the module to be used as either a high-side or low-side switch. This version supports currents up to 7 A at voltages up to 60 V, and the total ON-state resistance is about 30 mΩ, minimizing energy losses. The switching time (on and off) is a maximum of 1 ms, ensuring a fast response in most applications.

Thanks to its solid-state design, the module eliminates typical drawbacks of mechanical relays, such as contact wear, sparking, and noise, while offering a compact form factor and silent operation. The control circuit consumes up to 10 mA and can be powered and activated through a single connection (by shorting EN and VIN). The signal pins have a 2.54 mm pitch, making it easy to use with breadboards, while the output provides solder pads for wires or the option to connect 3.5 mm or 5 mm screw terminals. The module has a small size and weight, making it ideal for projects with limited space. It is perfect for power switching in systems requiring signal isolation, as well as for hobby and professional applications where reliability and long life are critical.
