The solid-state relay (SSR) module, SPST type, is a modern solution designed for switching DC circuits on and off based on a control signal in the range of 2.7 to 40 V. Thanks to galvanic isolation between the control circuit and the output, it is safe and resistant to interference. Switching is handled by two back-to-back MOSFET transistors, providing bidirectional current flow and symmetrical output, allowing the module to be used as either a high-side or low-side switch. This version supports currents up to 7 A at voltages up to 60 V, and the total ON-state resistance is about 30 mΩ, minimizing energy losses. The switching time (on and off) is a maximum of 1 ms, ensuring a fast response in most applications.

Thanks to its solid-state design, the module eliminates typical drawbacks of mechanical relays, such as contact wear, sparking, and noise, while offering a compact form factor and silent operation.
