The USR-PX530 is an industrial protocol converter intended for automation applications, enabling direct communication between PROFINET networks and Modbus RTU/TCP devices. The unit supports integration of PLC controllers, SCADA systems, and other industrial infrastructure components where reliable and fast protocol translation is required.
The USR-PX series, developed by PUSR, is designed for use in demanding industrial environments requiring high immunity to interference, stable 24/7 operation, and low data transmission latency. Protocol conversion is performed in real time, with response times on the millisecond level, without the need for additional software development or coding.

The USR-PX530 supports standard industrial communication protocols, including PROFINET and Modbus, allowing data exchange between devices operating in different networks. A rugged aluminum enclosure, DIN rail mounting, and full galvanic isolation of the power supply and communication interfaces make the device suitable for control cabinets and industrial installations. Configuration is performed using a dedicated PC-based configuration tool, simplifying commissioning and integration into existing systems.
