RSBL85-24 is a compact, high-performance servo mechanism designed for 24 V supply, offering high control precision and application versatility. The use of a magnetic encoder, steel gearbox, and CNC housing makes this servo ideal for advanced robotic applications, industrial automation, and mobile systems where durability, accuracy, and high dynamic performance are required.
Precise servo mechanism with RS485 interface and high torque up to 85 kg·cm at 24 V supply. Equipped with a brushless motor, steel gearbox (gear ratio 1:254), and a 12-bit magnetic encoder with full 360° range, offering accuracy of 0.088°. The CNC-machined aluminum housing provides high mechanical strength and thermal resistance.
The servo supports several operating modes: standard angular positioning, closed-loop speed control, step motion relative to the current position, and multi-turn mode. The closed-loop system provides real-time data on position, speed, load, voltage, current, and temperature.
With the ability to control up to 253 devices simultaneously via a single RS485 UART port and its compact size, this servo is ideal for mobile robots, robotic arms, and other mechatronic constructions.
