The XY6020L DC-DC Buck Converter is an advanced, adjustable switching power supply that allows precise control of output voltage and current over a wide range. The device supports input voltages from 6 V to 70 V and enables setting the output voltage from 0–60 V, with a maximum current of 20 A. With low output ripple (typically 100 mV VPP) and high power output up to 1200 W, the module is suitable for various industrial and hobby applications requiring stable power. The module features displays for setting and monitoring voltage with 0.01 V resolution and current with 0.01 A resolution, with accuracy of ±0.4% for voltage and ±0.5% for current.

The module is equipped with three configuration switches that allow setting a fixed output voltage without manual configuration on the control panel. This enables the user to quickly select one of the predefined voltage levels: 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, 24 V, 36 V, 48 V, or 60 V. The switches operate independently of other settings and provide stable output voltage immediately after powering the module. The device features an intelligent cooling system, where the fan automatically turns on when current exceeds 2 A, power exceeds 50 W, or temperature exceeds 50°C, and turns off when conditions fall below safe thresholds. The module includes multiple protections, including input overvoltage and undervoltage, output overcurrent, power overload, overheating, time limit, and excessive capacitance and energy. Additionally, it is possible to set limits for external temperature, maximum capacitance, and energy, allowing full control over the device’s operation. The module is ideal for powering projects requiring precise and adjustable current and voltage sources, such as electronics, battery testers, LED systems, or industrial devices. Its robust construction, precise measurements, and comprehensive protection features ensure safe and stable operation over a long period.
