Prusa CORE One L is an enlarged version of the popular CORE One printer, offering a twice-larger build volume of 300 × 300 × 330 mm. The printer is durable, easy to set up, and ready to use straight out of the box, making it ideal for workshops, design studios, and businesses. Equipped with a new AC heated bed with convection effect and a chamber heating up to 60°C, it allows printing of challenging materials without warping. The steel-aluminum exoskeleton frame ensures maximum rigidity, while modern software and one-click printing make it possible to start prints in just a few minutes.

CORE One L delivers high print precision thanks to a high-flow nozzle and an additional abrasion-resistant nozzle. With the Input Shaper and Phase Stepping system, the printer maintains precision even at high speeds, while automatic bed and first-layer calibration ensures perfect results. It can print a wide range of materials, including PLA, PETG, Flex, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, PVB, as well as ABS, ASA, HIPS, and PA with an optional filtration system, making CORE One L a versatile tool for any project. The printer is compatible with the MMU3 upgrade for multi-material and multi-color printing. The integrated filament management system simplifies loading of flexible and durable materials.
CORE One L Critical Infrastructure Edition has been designed for completely offline operation, ensuring full network isolation and security of confidential project data. A dedicated mainboard without Wi-Fi and wireless communication circuits eliminates the possibility of data transmission over networks, while file transfer is handled exclusively via the encrypted 30 GB USB drive. Additionally, the printer is optimized for continuous production, thanks to the larger build volume, efficient cooling, and highly durable construction. All print profiles are factory-calibrated, and the printer supports over 200 filaments via PrusaSlicer.

The rigid exoskeleton and modular design allow easy maintenance and part replacement. CORE One L Critical Infrastructure Edition is suitable for both industrial applications and environments requiring full control over data circulation. Project and G-code file transfer is performed exclusively via the encrypted USB drive, without the use of cloud services or wireless communication. CORE One L combines speed, precision, and versatility in one ready-to-use machine.
